LEAN Start is a 6 part video and PDF course for caregivers of children designed and produced by the Dr Sears Wellness Institute. This course teaches caregivers easy methods to improve the quality of the food served to the family, what to look for on labels, how to modify recipes to make them healthier, how much protein kids need, information on fats, water and how much kids need, and how to implement easy and fun activities to keep kids and the whole family moving. This course will help you teach your children what they need to grow into healthy adults. When you purchase, within 3-5 days you will receive an email with a log-in name and password. You then will have 2 months to review the materials. If you need an additional month a $50 fee will apply. Prime Time Health is a 10 section, online teaching platform with videos and PDFs developed by the Dr Sears Wellness Institute. Self-paced and convenient, this course teaches you how to "prevent disease and unhealthy aging, boost your energy levels, sleep better, think better, use nutrition to reduce pain and inflammation, reduce your risks for cancer, heart disease and arthritis, and become fit, flexible and strong". (DSWI) Purchase above and within 3-5 days you will be contacted with a log-in name and password. You may then proceed through the course at your leisure within a 2-month time frame. If an additional month is needed you will need to pay a $50 re-subscribe fee.
